How Plans Work

Plans are automatically renewed according to your selected renewal interval and the products will be automatically renewed by the shop after each successful renewal.


For example, if you started a monthly plan, then the system will automatically charge your credit card each month and you will remain on the plan every month, without the need to renew the plan by yourself!

GENERAL

Can I pause or cancel a plan?

Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel a subscription any time you want in the customer portal, as seen in the screenshot below. The only time when the subscription can't be cancelled is if you started a subscription which requires a certain number of payments before you can cancel it.


The customer portal can be accessed through the magic link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order in the shop. You can also access your subscriptions if you create an account in your shop.

How can I skip or reschedule a charge?

You can skip or reschedule the charge in the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery will have a Skip payment button next to it, which you can use to skip the charge. You can reschedule the charge by clicking on the Reschedule button next to the renewal date.

What happens if the payment can't be processed?

If the plan can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method.

How Plans Work

Important Policy Details

Plan Pricing: The plan fees for Baby Manatee, Tidal Wave, and Hugh-Manatee are billed on a recurring monthly basis and are separate from order pricing. This means that plan costs do not include commissions, transaction fees, or any other charges associated with product sales on the Manateez platform.

Order Pricing: Vendors are responsible for additional fees related to their sales, such as platform transaction fees, payment processing fees, and any shipping or tax costs. These charges are calculated and invoiced separately from plan payments.

Billing and Payment Terms:

- Plans are billed at the start of each month.
- Payments are processed via secure online payment methods.
- Vendors must keep an active payment method on file to maintain their Plan.

Cancellation Policy:

- Vendors may cancel their plan at any time. Access to the platform and features will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No refunds will be provided for partial months.

Upgrade/Downgrade Options:

- Vendors may switch between plan tiers at any time.
- Any changes to plan tiers will take effect in the following billing cycle.
