Why We’re Updating Our Gang Sheet Payment Policy
Starting July 15, 2026, all DTF gang sheet orders must be paid in full before pickup or delivery. This means NET 30 terms will no longer apply to gang sheet orders.
This update is not about making things harder for customers. It is about keeping our production process faster, cleaner, and more reliable for everyone.
Gang Sheet Orders Move Fast
Gang sheet orders are one of the quickest-moving services we offer. Unlike larger custom apparel projects that may involve garment sourcing, artwork approvals, production scheduling, finishing, and fulfillment, gang sheet orders are usually produced on a much faster timeline.
Because these orders move quickly, our payment process needs to match that speed.
When gang sheet orders are picked up or delivered before payment is completed, it creates extra follow-up work after the job is already finished. That slows down our team, creates unnecessary admin time, and pulls attention away from production and customer service.
Upfront Payment Helps Us Keep Orders Moving
DTF production depends on materials, labor, printer time, maintenance, ink, film, powder, packaging, and scheduling. Even small gang sheet orders still require real production resources.
Requiring payment before pickup or delivery helps us:
- Keep production organized
- Reduce payment follow-ups
- Maintain faster turnaround times
- Protect material and labor costs
- Keep pricing fair and consistent
- Focus more time on printing and customer service
In simple terms: the less time we spend chasing payments, the more time we can spend producing orders.
Why NET 30 No Longer Works for Gang Sheets
NET 30 terms can make sense for certain larger accounts or ongoing business relationships, especially when there is a structured agreement in place.
But for gang sheet orders, the turnaround is often much faster than the payment timeline. In many cases, the order is produced, picked up, used, and completed long before payment is due.
That creates a mismatch.
Gang sheets are a production-heavy, quick-turnaround service. To keep that service efficient, payment needs to be completed before the order leaves our shop.
This Helps Keep the Process Fair
This policy also creates consistency across all gang sheet customers.
Instead of some orders being paid upfront, some at pickup, and some weeks later, every gang sheet order will follow the same payment standard.
That helps avoid confusion and keeps expectations clear from the start.
What Customers Can Expect
Beginning July 15, 2026:
- All DTF gang sheet orders must be paid in full before pickup or delivery
- NET 30 terms will no longer apply to gang sheet orders
- Orders will not be released until payment is complete
- This applies to gang sheet orders placed on or after July 15, 2026
